What data is required for an invoice?
If the buyer is a VAT payer: Company name, VAT payer code, address.
If the buyer is not a VAT payer: Company name, company code, address; instead of a VAT payer code put a dash.
Can I negotiate a price in case I want to buy a bigger amount of your products? We always try to offer the best price to our buyers, but if you are willing to buy more than 10 pcs. you can write to [email protected] and we will give you the best possible price for the required quantity. Do the prices that appear in your web-store include VAT?
Yes, the prices of all goods in our web-store include VAT.
How can I get an invoice for purchased goods?
We will send you an invoice by the e-mail specified in your order on the same work day your order is shipped.
An electronic invoice is the proof of purchase and is considered as a Warranty card.
When do you start executing orders?
We start executing orders after receiving the payment to our bank account. Order confirmation usually takes no longer than 1-3 work days.
How do I know if you have received my order?
After you place and confirm the order, you will be taken to the Thank you page, which will detail your confirmed order details along with confirmation number in it. Same details will be emailed to your email address provided in the order details.
Do you sell for business? Do you issue VAT invoices?
Yes, companies from any country can buy the products we offer. We issue an invoice in every case.

Warranty, returns questions
Do you offer a guarantee? We provide a 12-month guarantee to the bean bags we sell from the date of making a purchase. The warranty doesn‘t cover mechanical damage caused by incorrect use of the product and natural wear and tear of polystyrene beans the bean bags are filled with.
The guarantee is applied if the product in question contains problems resulting from defects caused by workmanship or by the fault of the Seller.

Which bean bags are suitable for outdoor use?
Bean bags made of OX, Riviera or Outside fabrics are suitable for outdoor use in good weather. It is recommended to keep the bags indoors during the rain or snow.

Refilling your bean bag is a quick and straightforward process. You need to unzip the zipper of the inner liner of your bean bag and place the new refills inside it. It‘s easier to fill the bean bag with the help of another person – one holds the unzipped liner and other one pours the beans inside it. Can I put the logo on the bean bag? A memorable company logo, a catchy slogan, a set of recognizable corporate colours or even the name of your best friend can be placed on the bean bag you‘ve chosen. It can be embroidered or printed on the selected fabric using printing technologies. If you need more specified information about it, do not hesitate to write us to [email protected] Can I cancel my order?
If you have ordered a standard model and it has not yet been shipped - yes. If it is a special order: non-standard shape or fabric, with logos or likewise - no.
How can I pay for the purchases?
You can pay by credit card (VISA, Maestro, MasterCard), by bank transfer or by international money transfer services Paypal, Paysera.
Can I place an order by phone? No, only information is provided by phone, and the order itself is executed through the e-shop www.puskupusku.com.
